(Booking & Payment Policy)

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and provision of Access Bars sessions and related services.

By booking a session, the client agrees to the terms below.

2. Booking

Appointments are booked via the website contact form or direct communication.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit is received.

3. Deposit

A deposit of 20 PLN is required to confirm a booking.

The deposit:
• Secures the appointment time
• Is deducted from the total session price
• Is non-refundable in case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled session

If cancellation occurs at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date.

4. Final Payment

The remaining balance is payable in person after the session.

Accepted payment methods: cash (unless otherwise agreed).

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session allow deposit transfer.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session result in deposit forfeiture.
• Failure to attend without notice results in loss of deposit.

6. Nature of Services

Access Bars sessions are complementary relaxation services and do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

Clients are responsible for informing the practitioner about any medical conditions.

7. Liability

Services are provided with due care.

The practitioner is not responsible for outcomes resulting from the client’s individual response to the session.
