General Information<\/p>\n<p>These Terms &amp; Conditions govern the booking and provision of Access Bars sessions and related services.<\/p>\n<p>By booking a session, the client agrees to the terms below.<\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<p>2. Booking<\/p>\n<p>Appointments are booked via the website contact form or direct communication.<\/p>\n<p>A booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit is received.<\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<p>3. Deposit<\/p>\n<p>A deposit of 20 PLN is required to confirm a booking.<\/p>\n<p>The deposit:<br \/>\u2022 Secures the appointment time<br \/>\u2022 Is deducted from the total session price<br \/>\u2022 Is non-refundable in case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled session<\/p>\n<p>If cancellation occurs at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date.<\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<p>4. Final Payment<\/p>\n<p>The remaining balance is payable in person after the session.<\/p>\n<p>Accepted payment methods: cash (unless otherwise agreed).<\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<p>5. Cancellations and Rescheduling<br \/>\u2022 Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session allow deposit transfer.<br \/>\u2022 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session result in deposit forfeiture.<br \/>\u2022 Failure to attend without notice results in loss of deposit.<\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<p>6. Nature of Services<\/p>\n<p>Access Bars sessions are complementary relaxation services and do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Clients are responsible for informing the practitioner about any medical conditions.<\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<p>7.
